Our pledge to you as an experienced or investment buyer is the same as our pledge to first-time buyers, although chances are you are already familiar with industry terms and timelines, having purchased in the past. New listings are toured a minimum of two times per week, and oftentimes we are privy to properties that are available even BEFORE they go on the market.
